// Frequently asked
Q1

What are teams?

Teams let you train alongside friends and stay accountable. Leaders can schedule shared challenges for specific days.
Q2

How do daily challenges work?

A leader chooses an exercise, date, and group target. Members log reps or time, and the team total and leaderboard update as they contribute.
Q3

How does challenge scheduling work?

Leaders schedule challenges ahead of time from the team's Schedule page — one per day, set up for future dates so the team knows what is coming.
Q4

How do I join a team?

Join through an invite link shared by a team leader, or open Teams and use + New to create your own team.
Q5

How does the leaderboard work?

Each challenge's leaderboard ranks members by their contributions to that challenge. It updates as members add activity; it is not a separate weekly-reset leaderboard.
